Logical Solutions provides support to its customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There are two ways to contact LSI customer support. You can call (972) 416-6613 or by e-mail at support@lsigolf.com. You should never be shy to contact customer support. It is always better to call for help than let your troubles slip through the crack and rise up again.
Software Support
Thousands of hours of live testing have gone into LSI 2002. However, we continue to make updates to give the System even more functionality, usually daily. Sometimes this can introduce an error that wasn¹t there yesterday. Most errors occur when you key something into the System that was not expected on in the order it was expected. Even though this in itself should not cause an error, sometimes it does. If we know what was keyed and in what order it was keyed, we can make modifications to the System so that it will not allow that sequence and thus not error out. When contacting LSI customer support, it is appreciated if you can supply us with as much information about the problem as possible. Types of information that can speed up the solution to your problem are any error message, numbers and definitions that may arise, keystrokes that were made that created the problem, if you tried to fix the problem yourself but couldn¹t and exactly what you did and so on. These are all very beneficial to the speed of the support that can be provided.
Hardware Support
Logical Solutions can provide support on any and all hardware that is purchased through us. Because you have purchased your hardware though us, you most likely have support from a major manufacturer that can help when we can¹t solve your problem. IBM, Compaq etc have support specialists that have advanced support diagnostics that can often times fix your problem over the phone. In the rare occurrence a piece of hardware fails completely we will provide support to re-configure your System when the hardware has been replaced. Out of warranty hardware can also be repaired provided it is cost productive to do so. If hardware problems arise, do not put them off. These need to be handled as soon as possible. If you did not purchase your hardware from Logical Solutions, then you will need to contact your hardware provider for support first.
